How my journey began

Whilst studying at Loughborough University, I started my fitness qualifications and gained an invaluable experience from working for Loughborough Sport. I  was lucky enough to shadow and learn from incredible coaches. When I realised how much better, stronger and confident exercise makes you feel, my goal became to show you how much movement can help you. 

This wasn't always the case. As with many young girls I struggled with body image, self esteem and an unhealthy relationship with food. I’d go from being an overweight kid to an underweight teenager, only to go back to overeating in my early 20s. I quickly realised that I needed to prioritise my health when I was hospitalised for serious anemia and digestive issues. I promised myself that I would rebuild my health and wellbeing, so I can show up for myself and all the people that matter to me the most.

The incredible benefits of exercise and fuelling your body took some time. But after every single workout, I felt better. Training gives you an undeniable proof that you are stronger than you think, and that you can reach the goals that you set for yourself. Your confidence sky rockets and your energy, mood and self belief grows almost as quickly as your muscles! Whether you’re looking to lean out, build some muscle mass, gain strength, or improve your mental and physical health through exercise, you’re at the right place.
